Such a lovely spacious and clean property within walking distance to the kabalana beach! The staff went above and beyond even dropping us to a restaurant as it was raining!

Room was spacious, clean, and had most of the amenities (TV with a lot of channels, kettle, hair dryer, outside sitting area, etc.). Check in process was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. You can take a tuktuk to go to the beaches and restaurants in Ahangama and Kabalana.

Good size room and bathroom for a family. Location was good, a short walk to the beach and a few small family run restaurants. Breakfast was nice and staff helpful.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating and very helpful. The breakfast was value for money and offered a few choices. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location was very good and in close proximity to the Kabalana beach, Trax, and the central town area… Being a local I had the privilege of having my own vehicle to get about, else the Tuk Tuk guys could rip you off a bit.

The staff was so friendly! The Sri Lankan breakfast is great, very clean and the beds are super comfy. We felt at home in this hotel.
