The fine print
To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is non-refundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A captivating place, a wonderful rustic cottage resembling a lighthouse keeper's cabin, with an incredible view. The cottages are situated in a way that ensures complete privacy. The equipment is exceptional, everything was provided. The host took care of a generous supply of provisions for the first breakfast. We travel a lot, but this cottage is our number one – it deserves a score of 11 out of 10.

We were especially touched by your thoughtful gesture in celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. The surprise of flowers, wine, and sweets was so unexpected and delightful, adding a special note of joy and warmth to our stay. It was incredibly sweet and touching! Remote location, beautifully renovated houses, privacy, hiking opportunities, and watching the sun rise above El Teide within 10 minutes walking distance from the place (April). Basic food (bread, milk, coffee, etc.) was available on arrival.

Great location up in the hills. My unit looked out onto a beautiful green hillside. Great birds in the morning. Unit came with some thoughtful things like milk, bread, and coffee.

Great location. Nice patio. Log burner a bonus and necessary when we were there. People have complained about the lack of nearby shops, but the idea is to be away from it all.
