Location, parking garage, bar and restaurant on site, reception staff were friendly. Great Mexican restaurant across the street. On the beach.

Room was a little tired but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent and we were lucky to be upgraded to a sea view. The pools were fantastic, lots of loungers, not all in the shade but very good. The buffet was lovely, quite a range of choice and lots of desserts. The downstairs area was a little run down, and could do with a tidy up but overall great value for money and a perfect spot to relax.

We weren’t excited by the all inclusive food in the canteen (nor the noise, but it’s August and busy) but the bar snacks and drinks were perfectly fine (cold Mahou on draft). The staff were overall friendly and courteous. The hotel is quite tired and needs a refresh. Just an FYI for English travellers: this is not a hotel which caters too much to English folk - let us not forget we are in SPAIN and it is SPANISH. I have Spanish family so we were ok but if you’re thinking there are going to be Yorkshire puddings and bingo I would avoid. Some staff speak some English and others not so much. The location is fabulous and the bars and restaurants are incredibly reasonable, even down at the port. The pools were nice but one request would be that there are more brollies for shade, there weren’t many and the pool area is a sun trap all day.

The hotel rooms were quiet, not a lot of noise, only when people were in the corridor. The air con was good. Nice size balcony...not big but bigger than some hotels. Staffing was efficient, especially in the dining room.
