Sandro and Fabio were the friendliest of hosts - they know all their guests in their different properties by first name - and given that Sandro teaches courses in hospitality, it's clear that Momoflat is a textbook model of what they'd like in a holiday apartment. Set among old buildings, everything inside is ultramodern with tasteful decor, a comfortable bed and small, thoughtful touches like plug adapters. We enjoyed coming back to this little refuge just 5 minutes up the hill from the bustling city centre. If you choose to have breakfast with them, it's full of local delicacies on a calm and sunny terrace.
