Giovanni's guesthouse was a delightful place to stay while exploring the historic town of Agrigento. Located on a quiet street just off the main shopping and restaurant district, the guesthouse offered a peaceful retreat. My room was spacious, spotless, and featured a balcony with a charming view of the tiled rooftops, the Valley of the Temples, and the sea. The beautiful view could also be enjoyed from the clean and comfortable bathroom. Downstairs, the breakfast room, with its painted ceiling and ancient tiled floors, opened onto a magnificent terrace. Giovanni was a gracious host, providing a welcoming atmosphere while also respecting my privacy, allowing me to enjoy my stay undisturbed. The train station, with connections to Palermo, is just five minutes away, and a nearby bus stop offers convenient access to the Valley of the Temples (5 minutes) and the beach (10 minutes).

We had a beautiful view from our balcony and when eating breakfast. At night the street in front of the hotel and the main street coming up the mountain was blocked off for traffic and all the restaurants packed their tables and chair in the street for dinner. The vibe was very lively, and we loved walking in the street and having dinner at one of the restaurants.

This accommodation was an absolute gem! The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to everything. The building itself is a charming piece of history from the late 1800s. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast setup was delightful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a particularly cozy bed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient stay.

The apartment was perfect. Well equipped kitchen and linen and towels provided. Giovanni, the owner was super friendly and nice. Clean and spacious house. 1 minute from the main street where there are many shops and restaurants.

The apartment was very big and the bed was extremely comfortable so we slept very well. The location is perfect with free public parking ( about 5 minutes walk away). Giovanni is a friendly and kind host.

Foresteria del Teatro is fabulous accommodation in Agrigento. The owner, Giovanni, is a wonderful host and we very much appreciate the help that he gave us. The accommodation was spacious, tastefully decorated and clean with a very comfortable bed. The view from the terrace was terrific. It was a relaxing place to return to after exploring Agrigento. We highly recommend Foresteria del Teatro!

Giovanni is a very welcoming host. He waited for when we arrived late and explained everything about the room. Upon arrival he gave us a tour of where we could have a breakfast (free of charge) which comprised of bread, tarts, coffees, teas, juices, cheese, jams, Nutella and yoghurts. We were able to sit outside on a balcony to enjoy breakfast. The view from the room was great. Accommodation located in centre of city a few steps from the Main Street.

The property was fantastic, truely authentically Sicilian. It was fascinating to see all the little trinkets and memories from his travels. Everything was in immaculate condition. If you want to stay like a true Sicilian, this is the place! The view is fantastic, and Giovanni was extremely helpful. I loved the ease of the serve yourself breakfast on the terrace.
