This is a stunning property inside and out, the service was impeccable, and the food delicious, particularly at Esphahan. If I had to give feedback I would say that getting around the property involved negotiating lots of steps which might affect accessibility issues.

It's always about the people - you can stay at amazing properties but if the service is not quite there and not always a smile it makes a difference - the Oberoi staff are amazing, it feels like you are coming home after not seeing family for months, they look after you so well and are so pleased to see you - we loved it

Perfectly located for a visit of Taj Mahal and all the Agra attractions. The hotel is beautiful, in design as well in decoration and very well maintained. The front desk manager, Bilal, and his staff made us a very warm welcome and, when it came to leave, also did everything to make departure as smooth and comfortable as possible All the rest you should explore and enjoy yourself

Our stay at the Oberoi Amarvilas in Agra was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service that made us feel truly special. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking balcony view of the Taj Mahal – waking up to such a stunning sight was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, exuding luxury and elegance in every detail. A special thanks to Anjali from the restaurant staff, whose attentive and friendly service made our dining experience exceptional, and to Imran from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to assist with last-minute flower arrangements, adding a thoughtful touch to our stay. The hotel also offers seamless transport to and from the Taj Mahal, making the experience even more convenient and enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to the team for arranging a special birthday surprise for my wife, making the occasion even more memorable. The food was outstanding, the ambiance serene, and the entire experience was one of pure indulgence. We cannot recommend Oberoi Amarvilas highly enough and cannot wait to return!

Everything was absolutely top notch, top of the list being the staff. From the moment I was met at the airport, to the moment I arrived at the hotel, then check in (which happened in the room vs in the lobby) right through the stay - the genuine warmth and interest every member of staff showed, as well as of course their experience, was exceptional. As was the building, the grounds, the room, facilities and food. And the view. Oh my, the view.
