They have spa at their river side cottages.never to use that staff is not trained at all women who is incharge of spa cannot communicate english or hindi nor they have any medicated oil.they will not even hear oil will apply cold as it's ayurvedic spa and their rates are high they should maintain proper staff .

The staff, the security & the in house restaurant are just perfect. The staff is very polite and helpfull in every situation. The restaurant tree top tawa is just amazing it has the perfect view and the chef is too good, you can order anything on the menu and be rest assured it is going to be delicious.

The beach was really good. However due to the confronting / unprofessional atitude of Mr. Sidesh and the other lady at the front desk we were turned of from using the restauarant at Bay Agonda and for every meal however small the requirement coffee / breakfast or lunch or dinner we the entire team of 10 members including a kid of 7 years have gone to outside restaruants although it meant a lot of inconvenince to us which i my travel about 30 plus across India and about 15 countries i have done it for the first time due to atitude of Mr. Siddesh and the other lady at the front desk.

Food was savoury. Location was superb. The cottage was clean and beautifully designed with rustic cum modern touch. Staff was nice and helpful. Worth experiencing.

The property is well maintained. Room was spacious and AC was good. The concept of bathroom was unique. Bed was comfortable. The staff is very cooperative and service is fast.

View from the Tree Top Tava restaurant was amazing!! This was my third visit to the property, the service every single time have been great
