Ioanna is a lovely host and welcomed me personally when I arrived with homemade cake and orange juice. The apartment was very clean and fresh with a nice breeze, good shades to keep out the light and sun in the morning, and an insect screen. My room had a little balcony, perfect to enjoy breakfast or dinner. The bed was super comfortable, with nice, crisp white cotton sheets. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. There is a pool which I didn’t try as I was at the beach everyday. The location is also ideal as it’s one block off the main road, so it’s quiet, but it’s also just 3 min walk to the beach and the bus stop, and 1 min to the grocery and restaurants. I totally recommend Ioanna Apartments for anyone looking for a relaxing, affordable stay in Agios Prokopios.

The location was quiet despite being very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We even found a shortcut to the beach which made the accommodation even closer than it already is. We booked a 2 room apartment despite being in 2 so there was room to move around. The kitchenette had the bare minimum but enough to prepare a very simple meal. None of the plates, cutlery or glasses were sets, each piece was different. The small pool was a nice to have but we didn’t use it. Ioanna and Sisi were cordial and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and linen changed regularly. We always made our own breakfast which was easy due to the many supermarkets located nearby.

Ioanna Apts are fantastic in so many ways: A very warm welcome on arrival by Ioanna and her husband Large spacious comfortable clean room Daily cleaning and regular bed changes and fresh towels on request Powerful shower Balcony with sun all day- great for clothes drying and sipping wine Lots of games /books Lovely pool set in amazing gardens Fantastic breakfast - eggs cooked perfectly every day - in a lovely garden setting near the pool. Perfect location - stones throw to nearest restaurant, yet set back so nice and quiet. 5 mins walk to beach. Ioanna is very helpful she let us stay longer in the room as our ferry was not u too 3 and she even printed our ferry tickets for us. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Great value for money - cannot recommend enough. We rarely stay in the same place twice but are already planning our return next year. Thanks Ioanna for making our holiday extra special.

The nicest people you could meet, so welcoming. Room was beautiful, cleaned every single day back to the level it was on day 1. Location is perfect, cannot say enough good things about this place

Thank you for our very welcoming stay and lovely personal. The apartments are very well located, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and quiet. A good breakfast, a great swimming pool in a flowery place.

The apartment was in a good location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. An excellent bakery nearby and supermarkets. Good value for money.

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and the host were very nice and explained everything there was to know about the island.
