Amazing place with all the amenities you need for perfect vacation. The area around the villa is surrounded by beautiful beaches and restaurants nearby. Our host took care of all our needs and gave us guidance to all the places you can visit in this region. This was my second time here, and i am definitely going to visit it again and recommend it to everyone who is looking for an unforgettable time in Greece.

We had an outstanding welcome from our host - Nora! She made sure we had the best experience ever. The place is magical - infinity pool, sea view, close to a gorgeous small greek village with square with lots of restaurants. Looking forward to visiting again.

It was our second vacation at Xalonia villas and it was amazing as the first one. Nora has built wonderful place and she maintains it in the best way. It is so clean, you have everything you may need during your stay. The view is stunning, so nice to have the morning coffee in front of it. We spent wonderful time in Greece again. Thank you, Nora ❤️

Absolutely beautiful and spacious villa with lovely pool and garden area. The sea view is fantastic and the location was perfect, though I would note, a car is essential for this accommodation (also generally for Halkidiki). The decor was quirky and thoughtful and the beds were nice and comfortable. There were air conditioning units in every bedroom which was very welcome. The kitchen was well equipped and would be perfectly able to accommodate the cooking of full meals. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. We had fantastic communication via phone and message prior to our stay and all of our questions and requests were promptly addressed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The property exceeded our expectations and was even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness truly stood out. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. As a bonus, there is an electric car charging station, which was very convenient for us. Additionally, there are stunning beaches nearby, making the location perfect for a relaxing holiday. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Amazing location! Perfect vila for 2 families ! Nice pool and everything inside the vila was sufficient for a 4-5 days of stay. The owner was available all the time and very nice.

The property was very nice and offered plenty of space making it perfect for a big family. One of the standout features was the great view. The hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive. The villas location was ideal, being just a short distance from great beaches. We will definitely be returning!

A very pleasant house, with everything necessary for two families. The village's markets and restaurants are 10 mins.walk. The olive groves are on the slope opposite the houses, just beside the sunrise ⛅ Strict maintenance of the property, surprisingly clean and.good pools and short cutted grass of the meadows. And a nice and fast responsive host. Thank you, Nora!
