The localization of the hotel - perfect, we could walk everywhere around and had multiple ways to reach back the hotel. Agios Nikolaos is like a big maze, very interesting :) The stuff was very friendly, especially the cleaning woman - she was kind and sweet. The whole hotel felt really nice and cosy. Apart from the rooms there are open spaces with sofas, where one can unwind, nice detail, makes the hotel feel socializing-friendly :) We loved the view from the balcony - overlooking the sea, pointing right at the sunrise. And those sunrises, my my! They ae worth little inconveniences I listed below. What's also worth-mentioning - the A/C was a life-saver and it's good that there were a few pieces of additional furniture. And a kettle and cups. Everything was clean, refreshed every day. Free parking lot at the bottom of the hill - that's pricelesss when you stay in a city like AN. Oh, and a little pebbly beach therein. You walk down the stairs, cross the street and you have it at your feet. So convenient!

The hotel is near the port and the city center. The room has a fridge and outside the Window there were laundry hanging lines.

The staff at this hotel were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. They all spoke excellent English and helped me out booking my bus tickets. Exceptional service, the best I've experienced in Crete.

The bed is comfortable and it is not so hard and not so soft. The place is very quiet. Service here are very kind and nice. Room is clean and tidy.

The location is central and the view fro the apartment was nice. The room was also quite spacious.

The location was near to the centre of town but did require climbing a number of steep streets to get there. The staff were excellent - helping me to reclaim property I left on a public bus and negotiating a taxi to return us to Heraklion early in the morning. Balcony was large but unshaded.
