Such a lobely apartment with a stunning view overlooking the lake! Such a beauty! Not only was it very comfortable, with all the modern amenities but it was also very nicely decorated. The landlady is very helpful and very welcoming, full of all sorts of attention (coffee and tea, fresh fruit, high quality products in the bathroom).

Absolutely the most beautiful place in Agios Nikolaos! Waking up with a view over the sunlit harbour, fishing boats going in and out, birds nesting in the rocks. Maria, you are a perfect host, thanks again for the bougatsa!

It was a real privilege to sit on the balcony and look over the lake: must be the best view in town! Maria gave us a warm welcome and the flat was spotless. A great place to stay.

Must stay place in Agios Nikolaos! Spacious apartment situated in the most beautifully area of the city. Very well equipped covering all your needs. The bedroom has a sling wall which brings you to the balcony with beautiful lake view. The host Maria is amazing! She provided us with very detailed information about the aria, restaurants and what is the best way to plan one of our trips! When visiting the area definitely this is going to be our place to stay again!

Best view over Emerald Lake that you could get for a place. Wonderful friendly and informative host (MARIA) who met us at arrival and gave us the keys and information about restaurants and things in the area. Place is a coffee machine with Illy pods, a sink and a back deck to hang wet towels. Great view over the lake with chairs. A great place to hang out. Nice decor and clean. Clean washroom. Parking for the car was by the free PORT parking lot which was a short 8 minute walk with suitcases. Not a problem at all. Shower was good with lots of hot water. Good bed, bedding and towels. Plenty of room to put your things, Lots of coffee options around. Avoid the restaurants located right on the lake as they are too expensive for what you get and there are many other much better places to eat and have drinks nearby. Do some research and support othe rlocal places. The food is always better and it is less expensive, Everything was great!

Location could not be better. Excellent view of the lake from the balcony. Very kind host. A good breakfast can be had at a nearby cafe at an attractive discount.

Our host Maria was super helpful and gave us lots of tips for our stay. She met us on arrival and even got a parking space for us! The apartment was lovely and we had a great view from the balcony. The town was maybe not quite as nice as some of the other places we stayed in Crete but it wasn’t fully up and running yet for the season so that might have been a factor. However there are lots of really nice places to visit nearby if you have a car. There was a fabulous restaurant 2 minutes walk away from the apartment called To Potiraki with great food reasonably priced.
