We have just returned from an unforgettable holiday at the Amazon Suites and I can’t wait to share our experience! From the very beginning, our family holiday was filled with comfort and joy. The hotel staff greeted us with smiles and offered refreshments, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. I would especially like to mention Kostas - he was always there, ready to help and make our holiday even more comfortable. His friendliness and attention to detail really made our stay special. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, with a magnificent view of the sea. We felt like home! The hotel offers many amenities for a family holiday. The children loved the pool, and we enjoyed relaxing moments on the sun loungers. Breakfasts were a real treat: fresh fruits, pastries and a variety of dishes for every taste. Dining on the terrace with a view of the sunset was simply magical! The location of the hotel was also ideal. We easily got to nearby beaches and local attractions. The staff were always ready to help with recommendations for excursions and activities. Overall, Amazon Suites was a true oasis of peace and comfort for us. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return again. I recommend this hotel to all families looking for a quality holiday in Greece!

From the moment I arrived, I could tell that this place was special. Often as a solo traveller, it can feel as if you’re less important to staff, but that’s not the case here. After arriving via the complimentary airport transfer, I was immediately invited to take a seat outside to enjoy the last of the sunset, with a glass of champagne and some local treats. I was met by the hotel manager (Danai) who was always on hand, providing her mobile number for WhatsApp throughout the stay. She instantly made me feel welcome and was kind enough to upgrade my suite to one with a private heated pool- this made my stay. All staff were excellent the whole time. Costas (concierge) was brilliant with his recommendations, but also so friendly and happy to chat. Spiros at breakfast was superb, with small touches such as remembering what coffee you drink. They are just two who stood out, but they were all fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, with great balcony/terrace, soft beds and lovely touches such as the espresso machine and pods. Housekeeping was great, and the restaurant was also a real treat. Location is good, with buses nearby to take you into the old town, or a walk down to Ornos where there are some great bakeries and a supermarket. If you don’t want to take the bus or want to explore more, the hotel will arrange a rental car or quad bike. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Staying at this well presented hotel. Let's start with the good. 1. Great staff and always wanting to help. 2 . Awesome views. 3 Sunset restaurant, seems to be run by a young man named Vasili. He does an excellent job and made our experience awesome with an amazing view and amazing food. 4. Our room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the ocean. 5. Playing Mini golf right on the ocean is also amazing. 6. Also the same gentleman that served us at dinner also served us for breakfast making us a great coffee, also serving us by the pool making amazing cocktails. ( This Vasili gentleman made our experience at amazon suites amazing). The Bad . 1. Heated pool in summer? who wants a heated pool in the summer? I was a little confused about that. 2. The owner of the hotel is rude, obnoxious and because she owns the place she feels its ok to treat other people like shit. We encountered her twice and both times, she had the same attitude. ( We were in the drive way which had a massive traffic jam and in greek she told one of the workers to tell us to get out of her way). Anywhere else in the world, the customers come first but in this organisation apparently the owner comes first and everyone comes second, as we were inconveniencing her day. 3. Price of your accommodation is too pricey (yeah, it has a nice view, but I would not be paying $1000 dollars a night if I knew I couldn't even flush my toilet paper down the toilet and have to put it in a bin. This is what you expect at a $300 a night hotel not $1000 dollars a night. It's pretty disgusting. On Departure seems like the hotel staff worked out we got upset with the owner and went out of there way to make our last day exceptional. All credit goes off to the staff as they are the reason why anyone would stay at this place. Because if you had to interact with the owner your experience will not be great.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in! So accommodating for gluten free, everything we asked for we got and lots of extras for free ! Bottles of champagne the staff was also so friendly !

Amazing location with perfect view on the sea and romantic sunset. Staff is simply wonderful, paying attention to all details and providing top level service. Room with infinite pool is a top choice to relax and enjoy amazing view. Breakfast is excellent, great selection of dishes. Parking in front of the hotel, while they also provide great support for any transfer or information you need.
