Fabulous apartment very clean. The beach is practically 10 steps from the apartment. Ava the owner very helpful we had an Italian coffee perculator and a lovely cake waiting for us on arrival, plus she gave us towels for the beach. She was always in contact if we needed any advice. When we left she gave us a box of cakes to each of us. Thank you so much Ava you are fantastic ciao ciao Susan Daniela e Rita.

Perfect place to stay in Corfu, just half a minute from the beautiful beach of Agios Gordios and a few minutes from the center with numerous restaurants, shops and a bus stop. Although everything is close, the location is so peaceful and intimate! The apartment is very spacious and well-kept, fully equipped with everything you might need :D. Efficient and fast air conditioning, mosquito nets on every window, a cozy garden with a table to sit under the trees. Very nice welcome treat and also sweets and their excellent quality wine! Ava and her husband are wonderful hosts and very nice people, we will remember our stay there with pleasure and I hope that we will come back someday :)). Thank you and we wish you all the best!

Excellent location - the apartment is so close to the beach, in less than two minutes, you are there! It's a beautiful beach. The main street is two minutes away too, but it is still a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Ava is a very kind and helpful host. She was available on Whatsapp if we needed anything, and left us a some wine, cake and other bits for when we arrived which was very thoughtful. The apartment itself was lovely. It was very spacious for us and the kids, plus my Mum. The aircon and hot water was all good, and the balcony was a nice place to sit and enjoy the surroundings in the evenings, or shelter from the midday heat. We would definitely come and stay again. Thank you Ava!

Great apartment located only 50 m from the beach. Children friendly and well equipped - we had all we needed to feel like home. We travelled with small baby and our unit had baby cot and high chair, which was very suitable for us. Villa has nice garden where children can play. Owner was warm and nice and communication was smooth and easy. Highly recommending this apartment to everyone.

It's location is excellent. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Ava only contacted us when absolutely necessary, so the rest was undisturbed. The garden is tidy and safe for children as well. Everything you need is available in the apartment. We also received cookies, orange juice and water as a welcome gift.

Ava was very nice! She even made it possible for us to arrive earlier and leave later than usual, which made our (three-generations) travel arrangements so much less stressful. She provided us with cake, wine and more. Communication, receiving and leaving the key was very easy and Ava was so friendly! The apartment (1st floor) is large, very nice, and very much like in the pictures. The spacious balcony/terrace has a roof which shelters from the sun (and the occasional rain), which was perfect. The view from the terrace is also nice - it is not a totally unobstructed sea view (which we didn't expect, either), but you look at a nice, whitewashed, small church and see the sea through the arches of the lovely bell tower. You can walk to the beach in 30 seconds. All the windows and even the doors were fitted with mosquito nets. Everything, including the garden, was lovingly cared for. We enjoyed our stay very much.
