We paid breakfasts and dinners when booked the appartement. We were more than statisfied with the excellent meals and kind and frendly people here.

Location 3 min from the beach.lots or restaurants near by Recommend Delfinia delicious food. Sunbeds on the beach 10 eur per 2. Room cleaned every 2nd day and fresh towels. APPRICIATE this a lot! Delicious milkshake by the pool. Friendly staff. FAMILY run business.

Very friendly People, warm clean Pool just outside the rooms, clean rooms, a restaurant at the accomodation, able to have a baby bed, my family was very happy with it.

The family that runs the studios is very welcoming and always helpful if needed. The breakfast buffett is intercontinental, fresh fruits and eggs every day.

Before we decided on Villa Akis I spent a lot of time looking through all the available hotels on the island and comparing every little detail including the ratings, price, location, what the hotels had to offer in terms of facilities. Needles to say, I had set my expectations high and to my surprise this hotel exceeded them! Firstly, the location is awesome! It's no more than 150m from a sandy beach with very calm crystal clear water and surrounding green hills. There is also a supermarket close by, beach bars and a neighbouring game hall with bowling and pool. Aside from this, the resort itself is located in a very good spot for sightseeing and exploring some of the most popular tourist attractions on the island including the Canal D'Amor which is about 15-20 mins away by car, Paleokastritsa is about a 35 min drive, Porto Timoni is just 3km away and if you don't want to drive or hike to it you can get a boat taxi. Second, our apartment was very nice, the furniture was new and in good condition, there was a small well-equipped kitchen, the bathroom was also new and in good condition, both rooms had good air-conditioners, blinds if you wanna sleep in and I must say the beds were very comfortable and they had nice pillows! We also had 2 balconies one of which had a lovely view of the sea and surrounding landscape, chairs and a table. Although the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you're on a tight budget I highly recommend you try the restaurant because it was honestly amazing. The food was incredible, the portions are huge and it's cheaper than any other place we went to! Also, right next to there restaurant there is a nice pool with free sun beds and umbrellas for the guests. Lastly, by far the best part of the experience was meeting the lovely family that owns and manages the hotel! Super nice, friendly and fun people! We had a lot of fun chatting with them and even had some drinks together it was great!

In a perfect location, so close to everything. The apartment was spotless and looked like it had been recently renovated. The food from the restaurant was amazing and very reasonably priced!

Met by Dina with the key on arrival. Comfortable bed, sheets and towels changed regularly,Nice big bathroom. Lovely pool with ample sunbeds, nice bar / restaurant area, food was good and very reasonably priced. Good size fridge,small stove for cooking, not very good for making toast, would have liked a toaster.Lovely family run business.
