This hotel is a real gem of Agia Pelagia. The food in the restaurant was my biggest concern but there is really nothing to worry about - there is always something to choose from, and the food was very tasty - straight five to the chef !! Although, they run out of clean cups or glasses very often, so you have to wait a few minutes for new one. So, there is something to work on (this is for hotel owners). Coffee is good quality on the machines. The hotel organized taxi from and to the airport, so nothing to worry about.

The hotel is clean and gives delicious meal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment would need a bigger shower and a little bit renovation. It is worth the money.

Well thought out hotel, location of pool, restaurant and rooms. The same applies for the menu: not a huge variety of courses, but everything was of quality and taste. A lot of fruits, instead of deserts, good coffee, nice dining area.. Very long swiimming pool, a lot of sun beds and tables for the guests.. Last and best, the pool bar is very cosy and shaded under a queue of huge ficus trees, indeed a great place to chill.

Loved everything about it couldn’t recommend it enough. I paid 4 nights all inclusive for £199, there’s worse hotels in England charging that one night self catering. Told reception I had a late flight home and they let me keep my room for an extra 5 hours after checkout at no extra cost. If I ever come back to Crete this is where I’ll stay!

The room was clean, the owners organised us a taxi pick up from the port and back to the airport. The pool was lovely. Plenty of loungers. The staff were friendly. There is a shuttle bus to the beach which runs most of the day. The beach resort was busy but expected for August, lots of lovely shops and lovely restaurants to eat at.

The location is very peaceful and nice for people who would like to just relax away from the city. Best for staycation purposes. It is also child-friendly which is perfect for family with young kids. 😊 I also love balcony with the sea view in our room.

Very respectful staff, has a lot of experience to manage any situation: special food, room, taxi, shuttle for shopping centre of the area… like me I has my flight at 9pm and check out 11 am. They sorted to me everything.

Awesome service from the moment we arrived. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! We ate delicious meals 3 times a day. Compliments to the kitchen staff. The room is absolutely fine and kept very clean. We recommend the stay. The price/quality ratio is very good. Incredible all-round service. Loved it.

Nice hotel with pool, lots of sun beds and places to rest in a shade-hammocks, tables with chairs... The room was basic but clean, AC was working, bathroom small but working, nice balkonies and the view was nice. There was shuttle service to the beach in the centre-we didn ´t use itsince we had car but the beach downtown was pretty and there were plenty of shops as well. The food was ok and the pool bar was really nice. All inc for the price was great.
