Hotel was nice, good breakfast with a mix of buffé and á la carte. Room was located on the top floor of the building with a great view of the beach/village/ocean. Felt very private and quiet compared to other rooms on the lower floors. Friendly staff that wants to make your stay great and takes pride in their work.

Very clean rooms with a nice design. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially the crew responsible for the breakfast. We requested to checkout one hour later and the hotel accommodated our need without any problems.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The Beach is next to the hotel. Staff is helpful in all belongings and always keen to help.

The location was perfect for us. The room is beautiful and spacious, its view was spectacular. The pool was supper clean, and we spent more time in it than anywhere else. Made to order breakfast is delicious, fantastic range and perfect view. The same space uses the Galea restaurant in the evening – a MUST for foodies. We enjoyed the music playing in the restaurant on our balcony and in our room but could close the windows which are well soundproof. Only a few steps from a great beach and a very short ride from other nice beaches. The Staff is attentive, accommodating and welcoming.

Sea view rooms have an absolutely fantastic view - it's better than being on the beach. Breakfast food made to order is fantastic and so is the view (which is also the Galea restaurant in the evening - be sure to check the amazing dinner there!). Room is large and comfortable, as is the balcony with the plunge pool. The plunge pool is an amazing amenity after a hot day out. Staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating and did much to make our stay as great as possible. In Agia Pelagia a few steps from the hotel you will find pretty much anything you need on daily basis. If you are staying longer than 2-3 days however, unless you want just to chill on the amazing balcony, I suggest to rent a car - the hotel is well positioned to explore Heraklion and the surrounding area.

Where do I start... This hotel is phenomenal and words can't describe how much me and my partner enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is clean and fresh, we had a beautiful seaview room which also had a view of the beach. We would sit on our balcony to hear the waves crashing against the beach every night before we went to bed, it was so peaceful. The rooms were pristine, we had a coffee machine with espresso pods, the bed was like a cloud, it's the comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in. The view from our bed was stunning, we could see the mountains in the distance from the top window and the peaceful blue calm water from our plunge pool in the bottom window, probably one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. I was expecting the plunge pool to be similar to a jacuzzi but it was deeper than expected and much bigger too! We had a longer pool than some of the other rooms and we could swim laps in it which was fantastic. The staff were super lovely and really made our stay super special and as it was my 30th birthday they treated us to a discounted upgrade to the Emerald VIP suite which I am so grateful for, they also arranged cake, prosecco and a fruit bowl for the room upon arrival for an extra small fee. The communication was fantastic, even before we had arrived at the hotel they were so helpful in every way possible and very quick to respond to any queries. I would highly recommend staying here. We didn't have lunch or book dinner at the hotel so I can't comment on those meals but we booked a floating breakfast which was lovely. The breakfast options were nice, not the best I've had but definitely not the worst, and there are different options too accommodate for all diets.

We loved the spacious room and the outdoor pool area!! The view was breathtaking as we were on the 2nd floor from the top. Breakfast was awesome and we could order anything we wanted! The pool was heated so it was a major plus for us to take our daily dips! The staff were helpful and always trying their best to make sure we were comfortable.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful place for 3 nights on the 2nd floor. The apartments with the heated pool are amazing. It is better not to be on the entrance floor at road level. The service is excellent, and the staff helps with everything perfectly. The room is very nicely decorated and the whole experience was excellent.
