Please note that Iolida Beach consists of 2 buildings linked with a glass-walkway bridge providing easy access to all areas of the hotel. All studios and apartments are located around 200 – 250 metres from the beach.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The beach in front of the hotel is nice, the 24H staff available, the helpful staff who try to fix the issues with the room, the cleaning staff who are doing a great job trying to make the hotel look younger than what it is. Basically I liked the staff. The 39 square meters of the room.

Hotel has Superb location and Big rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Great balcony with sea views around the hotel. Very clean in general in the room and in hotel. Lovely sandy beach. Nearby there is bus station that goes to Chania and Kisammos port, if you want to go to Balos beach or Gramvousa island.

Location, size of pools, quite clean room, some of the days food was quite good. Reception lady is very nice and helpful! (The one who smiles all the time!)

Location of the Hotel Close to beach. Booking on Booking.com meant we didn't need to pay for sunloungers and umbrellas. Near some lovely restaurants, Cactus and Raeti Taverna were two of our favorite. Facilities Pool area was nice, pool was refreshing in the heat. Staff Staff were friendly and helpful. Helpful with recommendations for excursions.

Went with a friend and booked the room with the private pool . So glad we did, we felt very posh. We were celebrating our big birthdays. Hotel was amazing and food excellent.
