Light, airy, huge studio with very efficient shower. Toaster provided as per request. Maria and her mother looked after me superbly throughout my stay.

Ideally positioned within a three minute walk from the centre of Agia Efimia. Our apartment was spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms. The whole house has good AC and last but not least, Maria, the host could not do enough to help us enjoy our time. I can’t speak highly enough of her advise, friendly chat and local knowledge! Her husband Dionisis was very helpful as well. This is a fine example of a warm and well run family run business.

Great location of the property. The apartment is big with two good size rooms, large living room, bathroom and balcony. AC is in the rooms and the living room. Well equipped with facilities. WiFi is very good. Parking in front of the property. Maria is an amazing host. She is very helpful and communication was perfect with her. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed staying there. Thank you so much Maria!

Value and location are the standouts. Good air-conditioned, comfortable beds. It's a simply furnished apartment, no frills but more than adequate and extremely clean, convenient to everything

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived our beautiful hostess Maria was there to assist. The apartments are located on a lovely quiet street with lots of parking available and only a very short stroll to the main street of the village. Our apartment was HUGE and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The apartment was very clean as were the communal areas. Maria takes such pride in the presentation of the apartments. Her attention to detail for all the things you need is amazing! Maria provided us a with so many amazing tips for our stay, every recommendation was excellent. The location is excellent - a short drive to Myrtos and very centrally located so that you can easily get to anywhere on the island. The location provides a more authentic Greek feel. We much preferred it to Sami. We will most certainly return to this accommodation. We can't recommend it enough. Thank you Maria - the memories our family was able to create in Kefalonia we credit to you.

The apartment is excellently positioned, on a quiet street, close to all the city's attractions. The apartment is very large, comfortable, with two balconies, with a huge living room, a modern equipped kitchen, with a large refrigerator. In the fridge I found water and wine, very welcome after the long journey. The bedroom is small but sufficient for our needs, the bed was comfortable, the linen and towels were very clean and changed often throughout the stay. I want to mention the perfect cleanliness and pleasant appearance of the villa during the entire stay. For those arriving by car, there is parking nearby on the quiet street, which is a big plus. I especially appreciate the presentation of the apartment by the wonderful host Maria and the detailed information about the attractions and locations in the area. I actually ate a few times at the recommended taverns and did not regret it. I recommend with all my heart!

This is a great apartment in a superb location! just 150 meters from the beautiful harbor which is surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Maria, the host, was incredibly generous and kind offering lots of helpful tips. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything. The little town itself is lovely, apartments are located in a quiet street, steps away from the sea, shops and places to eat, early morning or in the evening. Maria and her husband were the perfect hosts ready to share loads of info about the island. The apartment - bright and spacious, felt like home. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed when travelling. Thank you.
