Excellent location overlooking the sea, perfect to watch the sunrise. Lovely gardens that also lead down to the waters edge. Great value for money and Stavros was a lovely host.

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed including fully equipped kitchen. The highligt of the apartment was the garden with a sea view. A small oasis where we enjoyed our morning coffee. There is also a small private beach. Stavros, the owner, was welcoming and he made sure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place!

Stavros is among the best host I have ever met! Kind, professional, always ready to help, respectful. The studios are new and they have everything you need to spend a great holiday! It was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, and nothing was out of place. The view is spectacular! Location is great, with everything you need in a 10 mins walk: pharmacy, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Greatly recommended to enjoy your trip in Kefalonia!

The position was great, really close to the center/port of Agia Evfimia. The room was spacious, presented everything that you may need for a short or even long stay (you can even cook, there is a small kitchen stove in the room). The real gem of the apartment is the beautiful garden with a magnificent view of the Ionian sea and the hospitality provided by Mr. Ballas. He is a great host and he can provide you with great valuable information about the island.

New renovated facilities in the chicken and bathroom with good quality AC, and sun shelter at the balcony. Really nice room and view to the sea and harbour. Private parking on the side of the apartment. Host was really nice and showed us the private acces to the sea that was awesome for a bath and a glass of wine. Private garden to spend the evening and see the port. Best stay that we had, from my pov. You can take 20 minutes to Mythos beach, 30 minutes to Poros , by car. Lots of restaurants at 5 minutes walk, on the other side of the harbour.
