The room was fantastic with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The staff were friendly and acccomodating. The beach and beach beds were great.

Location was amazing -- felt both very private but close enough to walk to a number of restaurants and shops. The service was almost lavish -- someone was there to meet us, provide a welcome drink, meals, and arrange taxis, etc.

This is our fifth visit to the hotel, and it's the reason we keep returning to Naxos. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is unique. We love how close the beach is, especially with our own beach chairs provided. It's our favorite island and hotel by far! We'll definitely continue to come back every year!

The staff were incredible, absolutely made the experience. The front of house is very welcoming, they will do everything they can to help you find vehicle rental or experience packages for your stay
