Lovely room with nice view of the sea and Paros. Easy bus trip to Port and lovely beaches for swimming. Very nice helpful hosts. Many places to eat within walking distance and a handy little supermarket.

Maria's Rooms & Studios is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Everything is very clean and well-kept. Our room was on the ground floor and it was quiet, and in the kitchen there was everything that is necessary to cook food. The balcony was nice, with a table that was big enough to have a meal. The host is friendly and reliable. It's a small family business and there is a nice atmosphere. Maria's Rooms & Studios is a very short walk from Plaka Beach, which has sunbeds, and it's a 5 minutes walk to get to the nudist beach, which is more natural-looking and without sunbeams. The hotel is near a supermarket and the bus stop for Chora (or other beaches if you head south). Also, nearby there are great restaurants, they look nicer and they probably offer better food than the ones located in busier areas such as Agios Prokopios.

Very helpful and lovely staff! I booked two different rooms during my stay because of availability. The finishings in both were modern, especially the lighting. Both were well cleaned and well sealed from bugs etc outside. Airconditioning worked well. The pool was wonderful with loungers, umbrellas and a circulation pump that made it into a bit of a lazy river. The sound of the flowing water from it was nice too. Wifi was strong and fast everywhere, even at the pool. The kitchenettes were great to have with the supermarket so close by. The beach was so close and the road is lined with restaurants to try. The bus stop was close by so it's easy to pop into town if the mood strikes. They offered a transport service to and from the port for less than a taxi and much more comfortable than the bus. I should've stayed longer!

George and his wife were both great hosts. Clean rooms, kitchenette facilities were fantastic. Great location great pool area.

Everything you could want for a lazy beach holiday. Large rooms, nice decor, good sized pool cleaned daily (and properly), rooms also daily cleaned, 2 mins (or less) walk to the gorgeous beach, a well equipped supermarket and taverna with great quality food. Nothing is expensive here. The sea is turquoise and inviting, soft sand entrance and a quick gentle slope into the swimming depth. A few waves on windy days, but fairly calm overall. Sun loungers with parasols 30E a day, brollys available at the supermarket for 15/30euros and some free shade by olive trees. You can eat a fabulous dinner on the beach. Gorgeous sunset views. 15 min walk along the boardwalk to the busier village with more seaside nightlife, shops etc Bus stop to Naxos town in front of the accommodation. George, Maria, Daniella and all were exceptional hosts. Building is well designed with good quality materials that function well and is well maintained. Good value. Bed was comfy on the hard side.

Stayed at Maria's Rooms & Studios July 2024, the room I had was on the ground floor, it was very modern, spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped, and had a lovely balcony with views over the beach and out to sea. There is a lovely swimming pool, well cared for which was very warm at the time I visited Location of the property is just a few steps from sandy Plaka beach which extends for many km down the coast. Plenty of choice of tavernas to be had locally & if you'd like to go into town & port buses every half hour 8am till 1am in season 5 minute walk from hotel. For any advice or help you need, George who owns Maria's Rooms is lovely and really helped me with any problems and advice I needed. I'd also recommend using the laundry service, 12 euro for full bag of laundry & they can have it back to you same day. Many thanks to George and all at Maria's Rooms & Studios for looking after me & making for a great stay in Naxos, hope to be back again soon regards Matthew
