This was hands down the best value property we stayed at during our two months in Greece. If I had not found it for the last two weeks of our holiday then we would have gone home a fortnight earlier. We loved the breakfast that was delivered to our very spacious room every day, the sheltered balcony, and the generous Greek hospitality - we were able to sort out a late checkout/ extra night’s accommodation when the Greek ferry strike meant we didn’t know when we were leaving. It is a pleasant ten minute walk from the main resort and there is a basic supermarket 2 minutes walk away. I took a shine to the 2 goats who lived in the field outside our room.

The home made breakfast was fantastic. More than just a breakfast it also included daily fresh foods suitable for a fast lunch. Every day a different breakfast with an excellent quality of all the ingredients. The staff is very friendly and the room fresh and clean in a very calm zone 10 minutes by walk from the main beach (Agia Anna).

Everything was great, very clean and comfortable, Stuff was very polite and helpful.Even the airport was near, the place was so quiet. Property is near the city Naxos. I would like to come back to hotel Birbad, it was amazing experience❤️

Perfect apartment outside Agia Anna for a couple or a family. 15 minutes walk to Agia Anna with many tavernas, bars, supermarkets and to the beaches. The airport nearby is not a problem as there are no aeroplanes landing and taking off at night. The hosts are very friendly and there is a delicious breakfast every morning with homemade cakes, bread, cheese, etc. Perfect for us, so a clear recommendation ❤️

Birbas Hotel is a lovely family-run little hotel outside of the village of Agia Anna, for people who don't like to stay downtown Chora, it's the perfect location. Fresh breakfast is delivered daily in a little box outside the room, the rooms are cleaned daily, staff is super friendly and helpful. My studio was very spacious and felt like home after a week!
