Beautiful big italian house with 5 apartments. It was extremely clean, apartment is equipped with everything one needs. We were welcomed with some snacks and drinks which was nice. We had a wonderful stay there- it’s very quite, we slept like babies, air condition in both rooms (kitchen and bedroom). We had freshly renovated apartment and very modern. Owners live in one of the apartments- they are very friendly, even us not speaking Italian and them English- we were able to communicate easily. They offered us fresh veggies from their garden, and were giving us space and privacy we needed. There is roofed parking spot for cars which is great in the summer heat. We had keys to the gate and were able to leave as we pleased. We loved the pool- very clean and modern with a lot of sunbeds, we chilled there with pleasure. Owners have 2 friendly dogs and 2 cats, they come to say hi at the parking lot, but are not bothering while we stay at the pool (place is fanced). Overall our stay was amazing, place is quite and great for relaxation and close by to the main attractions like Assisi, Siena etc.

The location is beautiful, the place is modern and EXTREMELY CLEAN. The hosts are there just the right amount, they give you all privacy and freedom you need to feel at home. The view from the pool is mesmerizing. Absolutely great experience.

Spacious, comfortable apartaments in peaceful surroundings of Umbria hills and lakes. Close to nature and to the greatest atractions of the region (Perugia, Assisi, Lago di Trasimeno). Swimming pool with spectacular views and beautiful garden is at your disposal. The hosts are always there, happy to help if You need anything.
