The reception area is very practical and the standard of reception is excellent. I was upgraded to a1000 and one suite, as it felt. It was so exotic in traditional layout and decor with black painted doors.

The hotel is in a residential area not very close to the beach but close to the souk which suited my needs perfectly. We booked a suite which was large and even better than we expected. The hotel is kept extremely clean by the friendly cleaning ladies who made sure we had plenty clean towels and toiletries. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Driss the gentleman at reception everyday. Driss couldnt have done more for us answering all the questions we had about the area, the hotel, changing money, booked us taxies, booked a hammam for my son. We would like to express a big thank you to Driss for always being cheerful and at our service which made our time at the hotel extra special. I will be back to this hotel any time I’m in Agadir.

We picked this hotel for our last day in Morocco as it's next to the souk, so perfect for the last shopping before leaving! Very clean and friendly staff! They even upgraded us to the suite room without asking for it, so that was a nice treat! They booked the taxi tk the airport for us.
