Variety of choice for breakfast 🥞🍳 and dinner 🍽️ Staff is very dedicated and friendly. The rooms are modern and clean with the housekeeping service every day. The private beach located 10 minutes walk.

The location is just perfect and quite close to everything including the beach, the receptionists are very friendly especially a lady called Maryam who was beyond kind and helpful, the entertainment exceeds all expectations by the great efforts of the animation team, the pool is always spotless clean and one can sunbathe making sure their children are safe as lifeguard (Marwan) is beyond amazing keeping an eye on everyone making sure all are safe and having fun, not to mention how clean and tidied the pool area is, the food is exceptional especially the breakfast, the cleanliness of my room was astonishing and finally the safety of the hotel with the very friendly security guards.

Hotel was really nice, we had a big room with beautiful view to the ocean and swimming pool. Food was delicious, the staff - friendly. Swimming pool was clean and there was entertainment for kids and adults near to it. There was also a interesting show program at the evenings. Private beach of the hotel is really a plus. If you're interested in some activities or excursions you can book in the lobby of the hotel, which makes everything really easy. You can exchange euro for dirhams on reception. Wifi wasn't that strong, but at least is for free. The only minus that I can find is that they charged me more money because I paid our stay with card, not in cash. If I was aware for this in advance I would pay in cash of course.

Overall for what we spent it was ok. However, the room did not have air con, we were given a portable machine that did not make a difference in 34 degree weather, the window in our room didn’t lock and the bathroom was missing cupboard doors. We opted for full board and wish we hadn’t bothered. Breakfast was just ok, though the coffee was good. However dinner was awful, all unlabelled gloop. No safer options for kids. Salads all limp and tasted the same. The puddings weren’t great at all. Lunch was a better standard. They don’t accept card at the hotel other than reception, so be prepared to pay £5 per card transaction on the cash machine in the lobby. The drinks are pricey for what they are as are the pool snacks. The pool wasn’t heated but wonderfully clean and the animation team were absolutely brilliant. I wouldn’t stay again however it was fit for purpose.

I liked that this location was central, however i disliked the fact there was no support with our room situation with no air con, after raising this on 3 separate occasions.

The staff were good enough However, management of the dining area was always chaotic. No enough cups/tea cups in the mornings. People queuing up or waiting for used ones to be washed etc. The worse is sale of bottles of water at meal times. I have never seen any hotel that doesn't offer water to drink at meal times ever in my life. Apart from these two major things every other thing was good and manageable.
