The staff was really nice! When we paid, they unintentionally charged us more than we had to pay, which I had completely overlooked. However, an employee contacted us straight away, drew our attention to the mistake and apologized. We got the money back the next morning. The location was good, quiet and in a nice area, but unfortunately the room wasn't quite as clean. It was fine for a one-night stay!

The room is big and spacious and clean. The matteress was very comfortable and I enjoyed it. Good night sleep in my experience. I had two beds put together. The blinds are really good, and they block out light. I was in room 1.04 on the first floor. Good WiFi radius. The WiFi in that room was quite good. Considering the WiFi they first gave was quite weak. My experience was overall good. But I only checked in and slept there, but I didn't experience the hotel or use the facilities. The boy and girl at the reception were friendly. The girl spoke to my indrive driver to instruct him where the hotel was in Arabic. Which was nice and good over a WiFi call. I stayed for 2 nights..

The location was fine and it's within walking distance of the beach and the town or a short taxi driver away from either one. The room was comfortable with a comfortable soft bed in both rooms, the sofa was fine too. We enjoyed the pool area as the sunbeds were nice and comfortable for sunbathing, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

1. Close to the beach and also many restaurants around in waking distance. 2. Receptionist Adil was accommodating and tried helping me all the way. Adil has excellent customer service. Night receptionist was friendly too. 3. However afternoon/ evening receptionist was unpleasant, never eye contact, always angry face looking at the computer. Looks like he hates his job or shy away from the guest. He definitely needs training.

It was the 4th time for me to this hotel apartment I mostly liked the area where the hotel is located I mostly stay in 4th floor which have a nice view Over the city Staff are very kind and polite I will be back very soon A. El yaakoubi
