The owners are very cordial and friendly! The beach is wonderful, the village is very close (7 min walk), yet the apartment is in a quiet area. Very relaxing holiday!!

We wanted to express our appreciation for our recent stay at Marianna Sea View property. The house was immaculate upon arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped. The view by the sea was amazing (exactly like photos from Booking). Also the cleaning was done with great care, considering us as guests.👍 Marianna and Dimitrios were great hosts, very friendly, respectful and welcoming. They payed attention to every detail about our stay and helped us in need. We recommend this location, as it is peaceful and has a pleasent atmosphere. Thank you for providing such an enjoyable experience! 😊😊

Good location between the Liosi beach and village Afitos center. Comfortable apartments with amazing views and area around the house! Big terrace, very clean, very hospital owners 24/7. In reality the apartment was better than on the photos. All the apartments have sea view. The apartments on the hill and row to the beach maybe difficult for the children and seniors!

The apartment was very comfortable and the layout was spacious with a kitchen area that worked well for us to prepare meals with a full size fridge. The bed was super comfy with reliable WiFi and effective air conditioning. The apartment was immaculate and everything felt new, making it easy to relax. The balcony is a good size with an amazing view , we enjoyed sitting out eating and relaxing with our books, looking out to sea and surrounded by the lovely garden. The location is close to the centre of Afitos, but in a quiet neighborhood. The private parking area in the property grounds was great. We were made to feel very welcome by Dimitris from the moment we arrived and also the care and attention given to cleaning the apartment and refreshing towels and bedding during our week long stay was much appreciated. There are a couple of beaches in walking distance, with Afitos a great place to wander around particularly in the evening with a wide range of restaurants and bars. We had a hire car and found it a good base to explore other parts of Halkidiki. We would definitely stay here again.
