Beautiful, peaceful and very private location. Excellent facilities with well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable with great aircon. Great outdoor space with lots of fruit trees and olive trees. Good size hot tub and pool with loungers and day bed. Pool and hot tub cleaned twice during our stay. Host was very accommodating and attentive to anything we needed. Shared lots of useful information on local facilities, and provided a great welcome pack to get our holiday going.

Exceptional property: huge area with lots of beautiful vegetation, nice pool and jacuzzi. The house itself is spacious and very clean with a very well equipped kitchen. The location is pretty good too - short drive to best beaches on the island. We got lots of snacks and welcome drinks from the host which was a pleasant surprise too. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place and hope to come back.

Where to start?☺️ First if all - the host and all the family. Super friendly and ready to help. Gave many tips for our stay. Always available. Did more than you could expect from a person doing just business - and that's how you can feel that it is more than that, all family is involved and ready to help. At the same time - the host is very discreet, and at no time we were disturbed. Secondly - huge private and safe area, where you can feel absolutelly relaxed. No other villas in the proximity, and that was what we were looking for, as three kids sometimes make lots of noise. We could use swimming pool at any time not disturbing other people. Thirdly - swimming pool. It was really really good. Big enough, with good temperature, good depth for kids, very clean. And finally - all the reviews of this villa are true. Everything that is mentioned as an advantage - is present. Villa is full of everything you need - 3 beds for 2 people each, big fridge, good ACs, lots of amenities, dishes, towels, equipment. It is very clean (kids played and hided under beds - spotlessly clean there too😁). And all the photos of the villa are realistic, it is not very often when in reality property is even better than in photos☺️ We really enjoyed our stay, and already are thinking of coming back☺️

Everything was amazing, the pool was great, the garden was very big, the house was clean. Also the owner was very kind. Our arrival was very pleasant. The contact with the owner was great aswell. Overall we had a perfect stay.

We loved staying here and had an excellent week. The facilities were amazing - a lovely pool, garden space, hot tub, and veranda. The fruit trees and chickens (with fresh eggs) were also a great feature, much enjoyed by our three year old. The location was very tranquil and very quiet, being away from the main road and resort locations, whilst being a short drive from most places in Rhodes we wished to visit. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any issues throughout the time we were there. A really lovely place that exceeded our expectarions.
