The door in my room was banging at night i even shut the 2nd door which didnt help .there was a incident were i was told i hadnt checked out my room was locked and told there was no other available rooms then the lady realized it was her mistake very annoying and unnesscary .the location is great just on outskirts of cbd.dont ask staff for directions you will get a shoulder shrug and a map.it is a budget hotel but its clean and quiet.

It was great being on the 14th floor with amazing views. The bed was super comfy. And the tram, local supermarket, Chinatown etc were all around 5 mins walk away. Also some great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

The fridge in 403 didn’t work. Not a real problem but milk was thrown out.

Location was great and the balcony 12 floors up was a real bonus - marvellous views, day and night. Room was light and spotless and had everything we needed.

Lovely new hotel and rooms , stylish with balcony . Noticed the reverse cycle air conditioning wasn't real ,cool in my room. And no hot water , for shower.gave time for room to cool down , went shopping. Returned later. Was to late to contact reception, told them about problems , the next day, they did inspection, reimbursed 90 percent of my money. Everything else was fantastic.

Very clean. Nice balcony with views. We were thinking we booked a budget hotel but the room didn't look budget. We ate breakfast at the market around the corner. Nice pub next door and Italian restaurant. Stranger Cafe for breakfast on Sunday. Not much open on Sunday.
