Good location, friendly staff. Lovely Breakfast available each morning. Bar and restaurant was not available as we found out the bar and restaurant was booked for a private event. Where not informed when we had been served a drink by bar staff. Organiser of the event was very rude and aggressive,demanding we leave. Did inform management, who sounded sympathetic, but did absolutely nothing.

Convenient to where we had to go. Tram just around the corner. Car parking available. Room was great. Quiet. Easy book in.

The food was absolutely outstanding. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options to cater to everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The shower head could have been a bit bigger but did have excellent water pressure.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds are on rollers, so if you sit up for a coffee in the morning enjoy the ride. Location is easy distance to CBD

Comfortable, great location with the tram close by. Had a hire car, but utilised the tram for the city very convenient. Had to extend for another 2 nights because of the cyclone at home, staff were very helpful to not move us etc.

Great location for our medical appointments. Plenty of choice of coffee shops bars restaurants. Enjoy the parkland across road.
