Location was good but the gully was one way. My car was more than 2.0m in height so I have to find parking on the street.

The location was ideal for walking to cafes, shops,pubs,restaurants etc The apartment was spacious and quiet The double glazed balcony doors blocked most outside noise The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our breakfast,including a dishwasher Smart TV had streaming apps Netflix ,Youtube etc The rubbish shute was located on every floor There was a washing machine ,but no dryer, we didn't need to do any washing,would have if there was a dryer There is a laundrette next door The balcony was quite spacious too Bed linen was good quality The apartment was very clean Well priced,especially when split 3 ways

The location was excellent for our needs & access to the Festival Centre. Spacious. Had everything we needed. Having parking included was great. Contact with Sheryl from Swainson was excellent.

The location was great. Communication was great - when we arrived we only had one key and quickly arranged to get another. The appliances were great (washing machine, dryer, fridge, toaster etc) The bathroom was great, awesome hot water and water pressure. It was quiet from the street front and neighboring units, a little bit of noise from the corridor/lift bedroom side. It was clean.
