The hotel is lovely, and the rooms are comfy. But unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well because there were roadworks across the street that were going into the night.

Great hotel, noisy in room 1111 on a Saturday night, would’ve liked a higher level ideally. Woke up at 2am to doof doof music, otherwise great, excellent room and room service good. Small champagne pours in the bar but otherwise good! Would stay again. Just noisy location if on a lower level on a weekend.

We enjoyed one night at the Sofitel as a little getaway. The location of the hotel is excellent. We were very impressed with the staff, they were all so friendly, helpful and efficient. We appreciated an early check-in. We also had a beautiful evening having dinner at Garcon Bleu Restaurant. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel.

Good facilities, spacious room, friendly staff especially in the restaurant at breakfast! Hotel in a fairly walkable location with good public transport links. We appreciated being able to check in early as our room was ready! This was a last minute stay to celebrate a mini baby moon.

Stayed for our sons birthday and was absolutely amazing!!! We organised ballot in the room, birthday cake was stored in the restaurant kitchen and had the best dinner/ birthday.. Food is great, and staff very attentive

Stayed for 2 nights. The staff are courteous and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has good variety eith quality choices of juices and the coffee included in the buffet is barrista made. Gogo is reception at the restaurant takes extra step in amking you feel welcome. Another staff Patricia lead us to our table, and was happy to tell us about the buffet.
