Great location and excellent reception staff. Car parking very convenient. Bathroom was not fully clean with hair and mould in shower. Kitchen was missing some important inclusions- salad bowl, baking tray, wash cloth or sponge would have been nice.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the location is brilliant. We were just surprised at the lack of little touches that places less costly provide. No water in the fridge, for example. Kettle has a burnt base. Slim offering of tea and coffee. The second bedroom was just closed off by sliding doors and had nowhere to put belongings. Just a bit surprised as we’ve had more provided in humble motels.

Location excellent, room had an amazing view even though we didn't ask for it, also very well equipped room. Walk to amazing restaurants and bars and a 5 minute walk to the tram (straight into the city) Perfect.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot. We love being in Glenelg and the views from the hotel are stunning. Sadly, the hotel rooms are looking very tired and are in desperate need of an update. Water damage to bathroom doors, and the tiles in bathroom need replacing, but the place is still comfortable. We really enjoyed the heated pool and sauna.
