The fine print
All credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Majestic Minima Hotel does not have reception staff. For check-in, please make your way to the Majestic Old Lion Apartments at 9 Jerningham Street, North Adelaide. Reception hours are 7.00 am to 10.00 pm, and we guarantee check-in from 2.00 pm. Please let us know if you are arriving after 9.00 pm. Parking is available at Majestic Minima Hotel in our secure on-site car park at $15 per night. We recommend booking in advance as spaces are limited.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Black out curtains were amazing if you like a sleep in. Great location, lots of amazing cafes on the street. It’s a small room but had anything you need. Definitely recommend for a solo traveler :)

North Adelaide is a beautiful part of town, with gorgeous historical houses and buildings and many trendy places to eat. It has a lovely atmosphere and being a warm, balmy Saturday evening, people were out everywhere. I'm sure most hotels would be quite expensive but ours was very reasonable. I was a little worried about being in an 'art room' but the mural above our bed, while very large, was in pleasing tones of blue with dashes of a mustard colour, and it wasn't nearly as overwhelming as I feared it might be in such a small room. I'm sure many people who appreciate modern art would have been appreciative of the artist's skill. The bathroom looked fresh and spotlessly clean, as did the rest of the room. There was no view but we had a balcony where you could sit outside if you wanted to, and that was a nice bonus.

Exceptional value for what we paid. It’s small but functional and has what you need. Large comfortable bed. More suited to tourists who like to be out all day and need a comfy place to sleep in the evenings.
