The staff were exceptionally helpful. As a solo traveller with mobility issues they made sure that I had an easy accession with a disability bathroom.

The location was perfect, close to the convention centre and walking distance to great restaurants and the mall. It was kept clean and the staff at the front desk were very helpful, especially when I had trouble getting an airport transfer on check out. I would have missed my flight if it wasn’t for the very helpful, friendly guy at the front desk

I was most pleased to see that the window in the bedroom could be opened and the air conditioning turned off at night. It can't be opened all the way which is fine, it is enough to get some fresh air in. A lot of hotels block off windows and that makes rooms stuffy and with air conditioning, cold and noisy. The cleaning of the rooms was spotless. On the hot nights is was wonderful to be able to get a cup of cold water as soon as you walked in the door. A suggestion: It would be even better if you added a couple of slices of lemon and orange. The staff were helpful which is always an advantage and on duty all night so you feel safe coming back late.

Hotel is in a perfect spot for our sightseeing. Beds were comfy. Was a bit noisy outside.

Staff let me check in a bit early when I was exhausted. Helped me with my bags because I walked with a crutch at the time. Comfortable bed . Wonderful to be able to open a window a little for fresh air.

Very comfortable bed. It was perfectly located for the tram, The Botanic Gardens and the Theatre.
