The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and very well fitted out. It was close enough to everything we wanted it to be but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre. The Cafe and IGA either side of the Building Lobby were a bonus. My contact and communitcations with John at KinsCoin was easy, polite and informative. I will be looking to book the same apartment when i am next in Adelaide.

A well decorated unit that makes you feel like home. Host prepared well in order to make our stay very convenient. Definitely recommend visitors of family and group try this unit.
