staff very friendly and accommodating, family room was extremely spacious, perfectly clean and quiet. 450m easy walk to/from bus or tram along North Terrace to/from railway station, botanic gardens. Easy flat walk to/from Rundle Mall (approx 900m). Easy walk to/from Central Markets (approx 1km). Good cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Taxi to airport was easily arranged with Reception. Our 2nd family stay at this property.

Location good for people who are happy to walk/uber/public transport to places of interest. Close to hospital if relevant. Great cafes across the road- breakfast at PeterRabbit highly recommend, great coffee at the Japanese cafe on the corner opposite.
