Everything was very good. Super location and supermarkets nearby. Since we were traveling with children, we asked for a room with a pool view, which we got. The heated pool is great.

Staff lovely, great location. Rooms are a bit dated but otherwise clean. There are a lot of bars & restaurants within the complex, which was very handy.

This is our 5th visit we love it location is so central everything at your finger tips kept room on at a cost which was great and facilities for showering etc when leaving was brilliant staff so helpful and nice

Overall location is excellent and most of the staff are very helpful. Kitchen is well stocked. Be warned - there are different levels of quality across the units. Here's my story: Initially, we were placed in a 2BR in the D wing directly above the bars and restaurants. This is great for some; my disappointment was that this is not how the property is marketed on the hotel's site or booking.com site. No where on Booking.com does it show pictures of units that are on ground level to bars and restaurants. It's like being on spring break during university. I was shocked as we walked a narrow pathway with our kids and luggage hitting plastic bar tables and chairs. The bars with music and cheering is all in good fun, but go on until well past midnight. We chose this location to be on a restful beach holiday. After my third complaint, the reception desk (Huge shoutout to Irene and Isme) was extremely empathetic and located us to a quiet wing that matched my expectations for this property. The new aparthotel was spacious, clean, balcony and lovely. Our first unit had different beds, was smaller and felt very old. We were very happy with our stay once we moved, and it was an extra nice gesture that they moved our luggage for us. If you have preferences, be sure to indicate them in your booking and reach out to the hotel. I was told that because I didn't specify not to be on the bars, I was placed above them and that my booking was a certain "category." Overall, we had a lovely vacation and I am grateful that our concerns were heard and a solution was found.

The location of the property is great. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Very good value for money, large apartment that sleeps 6 for less than £1300 for Christmas week. Staff are lovely. Lovely views over the sea.
