“Lovely hotel, food could be better”

I have stayed here twice now, once solo and another time with friends. It's a lovely hotel, the rooms are just what is needed. Good size. Equipped for a holiday stay. Staff are lovely (apart from the moody life guard) The entertainers are great although entertainment on a night could be better to get guests to stick around on an evening. The daytime entertainment is great and lots of laughs had.

The staff and entertainment team were excellent and great at their jobs. Food was good and fresh. The pool area is lovely and the location of the hotel is good.

Everything was excellent, yet again! I've stayed here 11 times now, and it is perfect every time. Massive shout out to the animation team (Tamas, Diego and Manu) who make the days and evenings fun, as well as the wonderful bar staff who can't do enough for you. Rooms are comfy, good air con and spacious, and the food is absolutely fantastic! Great stay again, already booked for next year!

Breakfast had a good selection and nice surrounds within the breakfast area. Clean, well stocked and staff are always tidying. The pool was clean and fun entertainment was frequent.
