The room was very spacious and clean, and the food was also great. I had the half-board option, and the breakfast and dinner services provided were excellent. There was a huge food selection and probably one of the biggest dessert sections I have ever seen! The live music was also very enjoyable each night.

Stayed there during the last two weeks of December, and it was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. Let’s start with the good stuff. The food was awesome - plenty of variety and options, so if something wasn’t to your taste, you could easily find something else. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, which made the stay feel welcoming. Big thumbs up for the heated pool. It was a bit overcrowded at times but still perfect for unwinding, especially when the weather wasn’t great. The kids' club was also a nice touch, even though it didn’t run every day. The second room we stayed in was nice, even if a bit worn-out. However, the first one was a nightmare. It was on the right wing, which seemed to be the hub for party animals during evenings. The walls were paper-thin, so the noise carried on well into the night. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this could be a deal-breaker.

We came early and had no problems checking in earlier; we were even offered lunch. On departure day, there was another additional lunch. The staff was kind, and one felt really welcome. The food and drinks were amazing; the spa services made you feel heavenly! :)

Great location. Adult only pool was good. Food selection for all meals was very good. The suites are very spacious.

Location is very good , walking distance to the beach or the restaurant. Cleaners are very good and efficient, you get bottles of water every day , clean towels , they nicely tidy up the room every day. Pool is heated so that was a big bonus for us.

nice comfy rooms, cleaned daily. we are beach goers so didn't use pool that much, pool in family area is heated (visited in December). food deserves separate mentioning : there is always good selection on the menu including seafood, chicken, pork, beef, salads and deserts. have to mention what you may have to queue for some dishes but it's only because is freshly made in front of you

Great variety of food, fruit delicious, smoothies, hot food omelette, plenty of bread etc Only had dinner once, lunch most days, again salads plentiful with hot lunch choices too. Reception was excellent 👏 anything we asked for was made available esp room for showering on departure date! Also bottled water provided in rooms daily! The girl who organised tours was very pleasant and helpful! Animation team were great fun by the pool.
