Pool area is excellent. Service and facilities are top notch. Breakfast is very good. Bar and evening entertainment is also much better than other similar hotels in the area. Room is also very good (junior suite with sea view) though the balcony was quite small.

What a wonderful place! We loved every minute of our stay. From the warm welcome by the staff, to the beautiful room, grounds and (heated!) pool, to the location overlooking the beach, JOIA is a dream. Great breakfast buffet, excellent dinner at El Cenador, lovely spa. This is the ultimate place to relax, enjoy the sun and treat yourself.

Staff are fleet friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were excellent with a wide choice every day. The pool area and terrace are easily large enough so that guests are not packed in. The suite had a large very comfortable bedroom with a seating area, bathroom, changing room and external balcony.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we walked in to the beautiful light stone decor and luxurious feel, to be greeted by very pleasant staff with cold cava and every moment thereafter. Absolutely loved it

Fab-u-lous breakfast, wonderful location, excellent service, La Pergola - superb restaurant and Stefano is a great Maitre'd. Carla - assistant manager is very helpful and makes sure she sees the guests daily.

Absolutely everything was perfect. The highlight has to be the friendly, obliging staff who were just delightful. It’s also great to have an adult only experience - it was peaceful and you could really relax
