5 star prices but lacking in attention to detail./customer service Some things are tired and need renewing. Better 5 star properties available. It does not live up to their marketing claims.

Heated pools for kids is a great plus. Breakfast was rich in options. We were warned by louder music, but it was not the case and we could sleep very well.

The breakfast buffet and the selection were very large and good. In contrast to the restaurant, the music was quieter so that people could talk to each other. The room met expectations and was clean.
