The hotel is perfectly located in Costa Adeje close to the beach and great restaurants. Everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay and took care of eveything we needed. The room and all the amenities are excellent and very suitable for families with children of all ages. The breakfast and dinner were also very good, good verity of all kinds of flavours and everything fresh and delicious.

Great location, close to Playa del Duque. My favourite beach. The hotel is lovely, bright and airy. Lots of play areas for young families. While also having spa, rooftop bar and pool area for adults. Restaurant, snacks, breakfasts are all fab, great variety and quality at breakfast.

Our second trip to the hotel and it’s just exceptionally good. Facilities for kids are excellent. Hotel is immaculate and staff can’t help you enough. The service is outstanding, particularly around the busy pools where people are ordering both food and drinks. Breakfast buffet remains the best I’ve ever experienced, but all the food is extremely good. Location is perfect between the two beaches, with a brilliant shopping centre just outside. The SPA is great and reasonably priced. Still the best hotel I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world for families.

Always clean and tidy. Staff everywhere always helpful and keeping the hotel clean and tidy. Room was very comfortable & any issues were dealt with very quickly.

Great activities for adults and kids ,lovely pools 2 bathrooms in the room is ideal, all 5 star amenities expected in the room as it should be. Evening kids club is great to enjoy adults a drink at the skybar which was great loved the glass pool ! Definitely a place to go back to.

Every inch of this place is 5 stars. Staff were amazing. Food was diverse and delicious. The hotel even had a steriliser for the baby. Couldn't fault anything. Would highly recommend.
