The best aspects of this hotel were no doubt the three swimming pools with a rooftop pool and sunbathing area for adults only. The vast outdoor leisure area is well equipped with all areas used wisely for beds, towels, snacks and drinks facilities. The breakfast in this hotel is without doubt second to none in our experience, exceeding five star expectations. The staff managed the huge seating operation very well and always with a smile. The size of our room, was great as was the corner position which gave us magnificent views of the sea and coastline. Slippers and robes as well as an abundance of toiletries were also a welcome touch. All of our interactions with staff were positive and friendly, especially in the lounge bar area. The staff here were attentive with good rapport for all customers.

Lovely hotel. Great location. In winter it was pretty easy to get a lounger for the pool, but in summer, we know from experience that you have to be there at 8am to get a place. Luckily the pool attendants do remove the inconsiderate towel lounger hoggers Good location for shops, beach, market, and free shuttle to the Siam Mall. Rooms had good mirror placements and the mirror and shelf in the hallway of room were convenient for wife for make up.

Food is outstanding. Staff are extremely friendly.Beds are very comfortable and TV has UK channels. Housekeeping is also outstanding .

The restaurant was superb Breakfast Lunch and dinner were all exceptional. The restaurant was extremely large and busy at breakfast times. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Pool areas were all good and never had an issue getting sunbeds despite the hotel being full. The sunbeds were extremely comfortable.

The staff are always very friendly. The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis. The food hall has plenty of options and there is plenty to do within the hotel for both adults and children.
