The location and the swimming pool area was just outstanding that did it for us would defentliy recommend this and certanily stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at Estudio 2, we booked it a day in advance due to our previous hotel falsely advertising so we needed something last minute to stay the remainder of our holiday. The owner of estudio 2 allowed us to check in 4hours early due to us having nowhere to go until the 3pm check in which it would’ve usually been. It did seem abit of a mess about when we got to the apartment, we collected our keys from a key safe where we was provided with the pin, when we walked in none of the plug sockets would work which means no appliances was working either, after going back and fourth with messages for almost 6hours they suggested that we went into the fuse box and reset everything, luckily this worked. The owner had sent a electrician out which arrived shortly after we had sorted it. The pool facilities were nice, it’s almost like a private pool as the other guests are people we had believed to live here so they didn’t really utilise the pool. Mariana was the person I was messaging and she was a huge help and tried to get back to me straight away eventhough she has other important commitments. Both the owner and Mariana was a huge help as the owner didn’t only let us check in 4hours early but also let us check out 7hours late at no extra cost as our flight wasn’t until 22:00 and the original check out time should’ve been 11:00. This helped massively and would definitely stay here again.
