We have an office at the establishment with customer service hours from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., except holidays.Arrivals on weekends or holidays have a supplement of €40 to be paid upon arrival, as well as arrivals on weekdays after 8:00 p.m.All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the establishment.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Stayed here for 3 nights apartment was all good . Location was good, we was giving instructions to meet so we could be let in and it went as good as could be. Would stay again.

It was an excellent size . Everything worked properly. All inclusive price. No added extras. Free safety deposit box, a real bonus. It felt secure. Mixture of holiday makers and residents.

Location was great but this area is where I’ve been staying for 30+ years and the Orlando on numerous occasions over the years including when it was an hotel

Studio has everything you need, including washing machine, proper size fridge freezer , microwave, kettle toaster , coffee machine, and 2 ring hob. It also had a Decent size balcony . The lady who met us was lovely and was great for communicating with us and there to go over things with us on arrival. Lovely welcome pack of wine , water , coffee, etc . Great location very central . Amazing pool areas are very clean . Plenty sun loungers. Decent pool bar . Really good value for money, and although I did have some negatives, i would definitely stay here again if I visit adeje in the future, but I would definitely be looking for additional fans or air con .
