Our stay at Chrislin African Lodge was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, we had an amazing time filled with exciting activities organized in collaboration with Crisscross Adventures. Ivy and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, always making us laugh and going out of their way to accommodate our requests, which truly elevated our experience. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. Each room was equipped with air conditioning, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. We especially loved the outside area, which offered stunning views of the beautiful garden and farm—a perfect spot to unwind. The breakfasts were well-organized and delicious, while the dinners were nothing short of divine. The campfire evenings and the refreshing swimming pool added a magical touch, making our stay unforgettable. If you're planning a visit to Addo, look no further than Chrislin. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a sunrise game drive in the morning, relax by the pool in the afternoon, and even embark on a memorable boat tour in Colchester. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a beautiful African style cottage set in lovely gardens. Very comfortable bed. Great location for visiting Addo Elephant Park as day visitors. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were good and varied choice available.

Nice little cottages to sleep in. Very private therefore. Nicely situated in the garden of the estate. You can stroll around the grounds and watch the lemon nursery. The food was delicious, great chef. Just 15 min away from the main gate of Addo Elephant Park.

This accommodation is very convenient for visiting he Addo Elephant park and other local game reserves. The rooms are quite basic but they are clean and comfortable. When we visited it was quite cold but the beds had electric blankets and there was an electric blow heater to use. The water was nice and hot and reliable and the shower was good. There is a restaurant on site and as there isn’t much choice in the area this was welcome. The breakfast (which was included in the room price) was adequate (and plentiful) and evening meals reasonable value. The menu was limited but there was always something that we wanted. One cannot fault the staff, they were always available to help and very cheerful. They kept in touch with us before we arrived and gave us directions to avoid some local security issues. Overall we would happily recommend this accommodation.

Service is a really friendly and location is excellent if exploring Addo NP. The traditional style lodges are really fun and it's nice to walk amongst the citrus trees and amazing bird life on the site, that was an unexpected bonus! The food available for breakfast, lunch and dinner is excellent!
