for this price you will get fantastic service, help in every situation. They will order you a delicious breakfast here, take you to and from the airport. We were treated like in a 5-star hotel.

Fantastic stay and hospitality. Haile, the owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They received me after midnight and guided my taxi driver to find the location, helped with ATM/bank issues, provided me with detailed information about Addis and traveling around Ethiopia. Room is spacious, has a TV table that serves as a working desk. A hot shower. Morning coffee or tea. Don't let the location discourage you, this spot is very convenient, just a few minutes from the city train and close to one of the bus stations (Lamberet Menaharia). I enjoyed restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Shola market which is right next to the apartments is great. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place in a lively neighbourhood. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Not far from the market and nice restaurants.

Haile made the biggest difference. his advice on food, etc was in the spot the free shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver (because of my visual handicap)
