Friendly staff, nice room, daily room service, good wifi and sauna included in the price. 24h reception where they help you in any way they can. They can also provide drivers if someone wants to get around the city to Entoto or Bishoftu. Exellent cuisine.

They had many options for breakfast and if you had a special request they would also try to assist you. The spa was decent, the massage was the best I have had in 15 years. The staff were very friendly. I was so busy using other facilities I forgot there was a roof top terrace. I was worried about the WiFi before I arrived as I needed to make some business video calls, but it worked very well. The location was close to many amenities, 15 to 20 mins walk and I was in Bole, which was like a small Oxford Street with Pizza Hut, Burger King, lots of wonderful Ethiopian coffee shops, restaurants and high street stores.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in process was Ok although they had not updated my requests as I had indicated on my booking. They offer free airport transfers

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Complimentary airport transfer. Nice breakfast. Hotel bar. Also has a gym and beauty salon. Personally, I found the location ok, it's not salubrious but I didn't feel in any danger walking around. It's not far from the airport but a bit out of the city centre. There's a nice local bar just before the hotel entrance.

The hotel is very newly renovated and appointed, everything is very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed very comfy. We had a small balcony on the 7th floor with a great view of the city around (room 708 if you want to request it, not all rooms have balconies). No Aircon or fan in the room but we never needed it with night in Addis being very cool. There's drinking water provided, a kettle and teabags. The breakfast is great with a selection of fresh local Ethiopian food and the coffee is excellent. The WiFi worked very well throughout. The spa is very pleasant as well: visits to the sauna or steam room are free (included in hotel room rate) and massages (very nice) start from 800-1000 birr for 1h. The hotel provides a free shuttle from and to the airport, which is super helpful. There's a rooftop terrace with a bar, though at the time we stayed there it was being repaired (loudly). Overall definitely recommended, great value for money.

I enjoyed the room, with comfortable bed and bathroom, air conditioning, and of course the location is great for walking to the temples, also with nice options for breakfast nearby. The hotel is simple but it is also not expensive, so it was a good choice for me, traveling alone.
