It was possible to take a hot shower at all times. Definitely something that‘s not always the case.

The location is good, great for Bole Atlas area, close to central and close to airport. It's a little road off the main road so needs some explaining to taxis but easy once you've done it. The staff speak English, the place is clean and pleasant, food on site is good and service is goods. Rooms are nice, comfortable, wifi all the time, hot water. Was a great stay.

It is family new place, clean - attainable and helpful staff when checking in. Some of the staff do not speak English though. But over all breakfast was good with fantastic coffee. Everything is new here, so take advantage of good maintenance now!
